  • Maintain a monthly business plan (1 / 3 / 6-month plan) with targets for new partners, active partners, submissions, approvals, and fundings.

  • Support pipeline momentum by coordinating next steps, helping gather required items, and keeping partners informed through the process.

  • Complete reporting requirements accurately and on time.

  • No rate/payment quoting unless authorized by company policy and role permissions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual: English & Spanish (required).

  • Strong phone and written communication skills (email/text).

  • Proactive self-starter; high activity and consistent follow-up.

  • Comfortable with cold calling, objections, and rejection.

  • Highly organized and systems-oriented; strong CRM habits.

  • Ability to understand loan concepts and pre-screen scenarios against guidelines.

  • Minimum 2 years in mortgage sales, real estate, title/escrow, wholesale lending, SaaS/inside sales, or B2B relationship sales (mortgage/investor lending preferred).

  • Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed for partner availability.

GOALS AND EXPECTATIONS (RAMP PLAN)

DAILY / WEEKLY PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

  • Follow up with new leads within 10 minutes.

  • Minimum 25 partner touches/day (50/day first 60–90 days).

  • CRM updated daily: notes, next steps, partner stage.

  • Ops requests handled within 24 hours.

  • Quality targets: 90%+ submission-to-approval and 70%+ submission-to-closing (timelines vary by readiness).

YEAR-ONE OUTCOME

By the end of Year 1, you are expected to have 10 “A-Realtors” who each send at least 1 closed transaction per month.
