Senior Account Executive / Remote (Bi-lingual - English and Spanish)

JOB TITLE: Senior Account Executive (SAE) – Realtor & Partner Development (DSCR / Business Purpose) – Remote

This role is remote and built for someone who is disciplined, consistent, and accountable. You’ll be measured by production and partner growth—not time in an office.



JOB DEFINITION

The Senior Account Executive (SAE) builds and manages a high-producing Realtor partner network that generates consistent DSCR and business-purpose loan submissions. You will operate with minimal supervision, maintain strong approval/closing ratios, and own your pipeline and outcomes.



REMOTE WORK EXPECTATIONS

  • High accountability and discipline (no office structure).

  • Consistent daily activity, proactive follow-up, and strong time management.

  • Clear written communication, organized pipeline habits, and reliable availability during agreed hours.

  • Results-first mindset: outcomes matter more than “busy work.”



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop Realtor partners across assigned markets.

  • Run a daily outreach system using calls, texts, email, social, and virtual meetings.

  • Drive loan volume by pre-screening scenarios, collecting initial documentation, and coordinating introductions between partner + DSCR Pro loan team.

  • Educate partners on DSCR/business-purpose loan fundamentals and deal structure best practices.

  • Provide partner support (deal strategy, scenario triage, and next-step guidance).

  • Maintain a monthly business plan and performance targets.

  • Keep CRM activity clean and current; complete reporting on time.

  • Stay current on guidelines, market trends, and compliance expectations.

  • No rate/payment quoting unless authorized by company policy and role permissions.



REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual: English & Spanish (required).

  • Proven success in a remote sales role with minimal oversight.

  • Strong discipline: consistent daily output, follow-through, responsiveness.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills and confidence on calls/video.

  • Strong CRM and pipeline management habits.

  • 3+ years in mortgage sales (preferred), wholesale lending, real estate-related B2B sales, or similar performance-based relationship sales.

  • Track record of building referral partner networks (Realtors/investors preferred).

  • Ability to work evenings/weekends as necessary for partner availability.



GOALS AND EXPECTATIONS (RAMP PLAN)

Month 1: 600+ partner touches | 12 new partners | 4 submissions | 1 closing 

Month 2: 800+ touches | 25 partners (cumulative) | 8 submissions | 2–3 closings 

Month 3: 1,000+ touches | 40 partners (cumulative) | 12 submissions | 4–6 closings



DAILY / WEEKLY PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

  • Lead response within 10 minutes.

  • Minimum 30+ partner touches/day.

  • CRM updated daily with next steps and pipeline status.

  • Ops requests handled within 24 hours.

  • Quality targets: 90%+ submission-to-approval and 70%+ submission-to-closing (timelines vary by readiness).



YEAR-ONE OUTCOME

By the end of Year 1, you are expected to have 10 “A-Realtors” who each send at least 1 closed transaction per month, while continuing to grow the overall partner network.
